Can I start using the new features immediately?
Yes!* Log in here to explore the new myGLG. You can either:
- Click into an ongoing or past project under “My Projects,” OR
- Start a new project from the homepage.
All your previous and ongoing projects within the past three years will be available in the new myGLG.
*Access to all features depends on your firm’s settings.
How do I start a new project?
- Log in to myGLG.
- Click “+ New Project” in the upper-right corner
- Enter basic project details to get started.
From there, you can choose to search for experts on your own if you want to get an initial sense of whom GLG has in network and ready to go. Keep in mind, not all experts are visible in this self-search, so as soon as you get started searching, your GLG service team will be working alongside you to make sure we find and recommend the best possible matches.
Will the expert search function show me all possible experts to talk to and will my service team also help identify experts?
Not all experts will appear in search — our system prioritizes those most likely to respond quickly. However, your service team will continue to:
- Search beyond the displayed results, and
- Suggest additional experts, including experts that have been custom recruited for your project.
Will I be able to schedule a call once I identify an expert through the search function?
If you identify an expert you would like to speak with, you can request a call with that expert directly through the portal. Depending on whether we need to gather additional information from that expert, confirm their availability, etc., we will take any necessary steps to help facilitate that call. All expert matches, regardless of whether they were identified via search on the portal or via a recommendation from your service team, go through our industry-leading compliance checks before you connect directly.
I don’t have a project at the moment but I’m still interested in exploring the new features. Can I get a personal walkthrough?
Anytime. Reach out to your account team, and they can show you what’s possible when you start your next project.
Can I work in my native language?
- You can experience myGLG in one of 9 primary languages (English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese), including in Project Home.
- Expert search and search results are currently displayed in English.
- Call transcripts are available in 40+ languages, and summaries will match the call language.
- Synthesis features require English-language transcripts.
Can I see what my colleagues are working on?
You’ll be able to engage directly with your colleagues on any shared projects, from activity in “My Experts” to scheduled calls or completed call transcripts. You can also manage the list of team members who are included on a given project from the “Project Home” page.
Is this included in my current contract?
Yes! There are no price increases—all new features are included at no additional cost.
How is AI being leveraged and can I turn those features off?
Your insights remain yours. GLG does not store or process data to train a large language model (LLM). We are committed to leveraging only AI models with strong reputations and policies on privacy, data protection, and AI ethics.
These features draw content only from your call transcripts, set up and executed in accordance with your firm’s compliance settings and GLG’s compliance protocols. If needed, we’ll work with you to update your settings to meet your requirements.
